Google and AI check five things before they trust you enough to recommend you. If they don’t match everywhere, AI picks someone else. The form collects exactly those five, so write them the way they should appear.

Is it really free?

Yes. The score is free and it stays free. You keep it whether or not you ever spend a dime with me. If the score says you need help, there are two ways I can help, and we only talk about those if you ask.

What if I don’t have a Google Business Profile?

Type “don’t have one” in that box. That’s part of what I check, and it’s usually the first fix. If you’re suspended, tell me that too. I’ll show you how to get out of it.

I’m not a real estate agent. Does this apply to me?

Yes. Google and AI decide who to recommend the same way for a lender, a title rep, a roofer, or a dentist. Just type what you do. I run the version that fits.

Why do you need my phone number?

It’s the P in PAWN+. AI trusts you when your name, phone, address, and website match everywhere it looks. One old number on a listing site is enough to make it pick someone else. I check it against every profile I can find, and it’s the number I’ll use if I need to reach you about your score.

How long does it take, and what happens after?
