Have a Top 10 Leads List to transact in 10 weeks (this is on top of other leads)
- These are your “A Leads”, “Hot Leads”, #1 Leads”, etc.
- These Leads should transact within about two months.
- Ask Where, When and Why… or say Goodbye.
- These Leads should get the “Royal Treatment” every morning (not in the afternoon) on your schedule.
- Overextending past 10 leads may dilute your Exceptional Service. How would you treat your client if they were the only one… then do that for everyone.
- Make a List and keep it full at all times… as soon as they go pending, they come off the list.
- If you do not have 10 Top Leads, then move the next best leads up and give them the Royal Treatment.
- Multiple Transaction Clients such as Builders, Developers, Investors, should not be on this list. They may not appreciate you contacting them every day, but still make sure they get Royal Treatment… just stretched out over time.
